Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Joanne and I’ve been blogging for many years under the name The Simple Wife (you can see all of my old posts under the archives or by clicking on any of the categories that interest you). This is such a pretty quilt! I'm so not a crafty person :) I wish I could create sonething as pretty as your quilt, although, I should probably get back to the task of learning how to knit :)
This is truely awesome....something to be cherished for a life time...in India, mothers will make quilts, bedcovers, cushion covers all through the while their daughters are growing up so that they can be given to them when they get married.....
I like your quilt so much better than the Bed, Bath and Beyond one! It is beautiful and invaluable...I'm proud of your finishing strong!!
Love you friend,
holly
The quilt looks beautiful!! Good job, sticking with it and actually finishing it after all this time!! I've got so many little projects that just sort of end up getting forgotten after a while.
Your quilt is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I have been planning a quilt in my head for years now... at least you actually made yours, even if it did take seven years! Way to go!
I love it. Beautiful colors!
You really are so talented. I'm so jealous...in a loving, Christian, Sister kinda-way!

The quilt is lovely. I really like the colors.
