What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Glad you all had a safe trip back home. I too like warm weather. No humidity please, but bring on the warmer temps.

Happy Spring, Joanne! You can't imagine how giddy I get when I see a new blog post from you. It's always great to read your words. I'm glad you are doing so well.

Glad you are back home, and I hope this season proves to be a blessing to you. <3

Don't feel strange wearing sweaters & feeling cold when it is 50-60 degrees! The first year we were out here in CA I was still acclimated to actual cold from CO and I remember thinking I would never wear my cashmere sweaters again. Two years later, I was wearing cashmere all winter long, and now here I am typing this while wearing cashmere. I grab my sweaters first thing in the morning while the house is warming up and tend to take them off when the house is in the upper 60's. : ) So you are not alone being more cold blooded!
