What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Amen and Thank you God for a good start. May School Season 2012 go well.

I pray that Audrey finds an awesome friend or two, but I guess with only 10 minutes in each it would be hard to do on the first day. It sounds like Emma will have a great year - having a great teacher, being familiar with the environment and knowing some people. I hope that both girls have positive school years. Relax and enjoy this weekend before the crazy school year starts!

Hooray for French class! Sending prayers for a great school year from Paris (and for Joanne to feel better).

Holly, Even with Joanne's brain injury she retained her ability to speak French. She actually had a nurse in Kindred that was from Senegal and they spoke French to each other. Weird how the brian works. But she will be a HUGE asset to Audrey as she fights her way through French 101.

I am an empty nester with daughters in their mid twenties, but this time of year stirs up so many memories, I hope your girls have a great new school year!

That's amazing about Joanne retaining French! :o)
