I have a tall Advent candle thing (yes, that's it's fancy design name!) in the shape of a three-dimensional star that is part of the center piece in the dining room, but it's a little tall for the kitchen table. Plus, we homeschool at the kitchen table and I wanted something low and easy to move.
Tray, candles I had in the candle drawer, and a bunch on ornaments from our childhood and Christmases past. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. Happy Advent!
(Incidentally, as a French major, it bugs me when people pronounce voilà incorrectly. There's a V at the front of the word, and it makes a V sound! ::vwa-la, with an extra emphasis on the la:: What's your pronunciation pet peeve?)
