What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

I love to hear from you!

Okay, so the fact that I practically gasped when I saw the picture of that beautiful timeline... perhaps I am a bit of a history buff. And I homeschool... and teach history to the middle-school homeschooled girls next door. So yes, I would LOVE to connect with your friend. :)

Tara

I have been wanting that timeline!!!

That timeline looked amazing- I'm trying to finish my undergrad & I'm hoping to be able to teach history and/or government. I would love, love, love to be able to teach kids about the founding fathers & what America was founded on/for.

Hi there.
So, you're studying the Pacific Islands. Do you know anyone from there? I happen to be married to a Solomon Islander, so if you are interested in doing an interview or if you have questions, let us know.

Laura

I am using that timeline too this year! Its fantastic! My boys are fascinated!!

Shelley

Hey Joanne,
I'm very interested in American History and teaching Godly Character. Would you please connect me up with your friend?

Blessings~

I think I read "Island of the Blue Dolphins" about 15 times in Elementary school! It was one of my favorites. I was one of those nerds who faked being sick so I could stay home and read! Wish I could do that now. :)
