What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Do you think my husband would complain if I hung those puffs in our bedroom? I really really really want some. I'd put them in my son's room but I think they'd clash with his Green Bay Packers wallpaper.

This is all great stuff! I can't wait to see the room all done. Girly rooms are the best. :) xoxo

Those flowers are really pretty. I'll bet they are a great addition. As is the chandelier ... neat !

so beautiful!

Cute! Do you think you can teach me this Saturday or give me the pattern to try at home??

Praying for your girls, their school and especially the teacher's family.

I love those... baby girl would love those... maybe time to get crafting!

Emma must be really thrilled now that her room is getting new additions!

Those flowers are so pretty. I remember making something like that (but not as detailed) with my mum when we were kids. I think i'm gonna hunt down some tissue paper because we dont get Martha Stewart anything over here. Thanks for sharing and that chandalier is lovely too.

Love the flowers! How fun!

You have to tell us exactly how to do these! They are beautiful - and they don't look paper!

I'm loving that chandelier too! Flowers and crystals, oh my!

Beautiful. I need a GIRL! I am totally outnumbered. I could never imagine even stopping by and looking at something like that. What would I do with it? :)

I did these at my wedding! I adore them.

I've been wanting to hang something from the ceiling of my kids' rooms for quite some time now. These will be perfect for my daughter's room - thanks for sharing! We are big fans of 3M Hooks at our house as well.

This is great. Reminds me of the pink makeover we did for my 4-year-old last fall:
