What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Tara

Where would we be without our wonderful husbands?

Melissa @ Breath of Life

Wow! You're blessed with a great guy, there. I love Godly men (mine most of all!)

gretchen

Obviously, he knows for you to be able to go to school, it must be a joint/family project. What a guy, indeed. Blessings on your classes and tests, Joanne.

Becky Jo

What a guy!!! Props to you Mr. Toben!!

Lisa

What a guy! He's a keeper!

Good luck on your test. I know you'll do well.

Susan

I have to say that Russell would do exactly the same thing. In fact, when I tell him that Toben is doing this...he will be jealous. He was born to be a stay-at-home dad. However, I was not inclined to be the bread winner...I liked to be at home, too. He let me be the winner.

Amber

I agree with everyone above - what a great guy. And it seems like we all have some wonderful men in our lives. Good luck on your tests!

Nikki

Way to go, good husband! I love that!

Helen at A Work of Heart

Yea Toben!

I am so glad to know you are having a great first week...now I understand...intensive...whew!

Praying for endurance and that your mind will quiet once you hit the pillow after having it filled during the day.

Much love,

Helen

Jen Schrock

Husbands can be absolutely wonderful a lot of the time... especially when we ask for help!

3 cheers for Toben! Can't wait to hear about your class! praying for you from Paris this morning.

Puva

That's really sweet of him :)

Back-to-school Joanne is so busy! All the best with school. Have a great time!

Rachel Reeves

Isnt it funny how we can all of a sudden stop and realize how AWESOME our husbands are? Love it!
Way to go Toben!
