What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Millie looks lovely. Your day at Janna's sounds fantastic. I have printed out the pattern for the flower pins and am bringing it up for my book club's girls weekend next week.

I ever Miss Millie and Evelyn meet, we will have to do a photo shoot. Thanks for all your help at Fall Fest. You were a wonderful guest! Ohhh, maybe next year Miss Millie will get an invite too.

Sounds like the perfect girls' day!

By the way, I was in girl scouts as a youngster and had a uniform just like that! The uniform is gone (probably sold to a younger girl as I got older) but Mom still has my badge sash.

Girl Days are the best! Sounds like you had a blast too :)

Which P&P version did you watch?

Sounds like a fab-o day.

Which Pride & Prejudice did you watch? The '95 version is my favorite. Sounds like a wonderful way to spend the day.

Hey my dressmakers doll's name is Milred! she is red though. I am definately thinking about decorating her with a couple of my brooches now.
