Hello Joanne!
That was an interesting read :) Family is a wonderful thing isn't it?
By the way, thanks a lot for the link you sent me! I'm all geared up to learn knitting. Going to go look for knitting materials with my mum tomorrow!
-happy dance-
Cheers!

Hi Joanne,
Just read your "I" download, and we're on the same page. Sundays have been "Family Day" at our house for as long as I can remember, and very rarely do we make exceptions and do something else. And you know what the funny thing is? We all love Sundays so much that we've all become very stingy with our Saturdays too. We're evolving into a "Family Weekend" family!
I'm excited about tomorrow, though I'm keeping an eye on the weather!!

Hi Joanne,
I would love to implement this plan for our fanily, too! Thanks for your idea. On a different topic.....do you get the magazine Home Companion?? On page 94 of the Feb/March issue are directions for darling slippers. These sole-ful slippers reminded me of you (they kinda look like ballet slippers:) Anyway...I don't sew but I know you do and may want to take a look at them. (It is funny to me that I have never met you yet through your book and blog....you feel like a close friend:) Blessings to you! Jen

Great point Joanne, as always! I just read the other comments and first, what is the knitting link you gave Puva? I have been trying to learn for awhile and I'm just terrible at it! lol Then I also wanted to agree with Jen. Your blog is so down to earth and personal I feel like I have known you forever! Yet, I have barely even chatted with you. Thanks so much for that! (I don't get much adult time, can you tell?! lol.)
