What is living simply?

  • Living simply is not so much about the particulars of our lives as much as it is about the principles that govern them. Knowing what God has called you to do, and then doing it--that's living simply.

Hi Joanne,

I hope the talk went well today...sure it was impactful and God-breathed...

I love mail too...it is one of the 100 things that I wrote on my blog that I love...old fashioned snail mail and hey how much the better when there is goodies to boot...can I say how much I love the fabric...can't wait to see what you make.

And...I just order Living Simply and a few other books from Amazon this afternoon...so I guess I am creating my own mail...

Happy emailing and writing...

I agree, receiving stuff in the mail (other can bills) is nice :)

Those are nice pieces of fabric you have there. Really looking forward to seeing what you use them to make! Knowing your ability, I'm sure it's going to be something great!

How did the talk go? I hope you had a good time!

Hope everyone's well at home.

Cheers!

Shonda

Hi Joanne,
I'm glad to hear that you got the note. I'm excited about Stepping Up! I'll be glad to compare notes with you. Lovely gifts you received. I like the necklace.

I also hope your talk went well!!

Blessings in Christ--
