The radio interview I did for Homeword earlier this summer in California is going to air in two parts this week--part one on Friday and part two on Monday.
Here's the link for broadcast information. In the column on the left, you can click on station information to find a radio station in your area, or you can listen online afterward here.

I'm a big fan of Homeword and reguarly download the podcast when I can't listen. Can't wait to hear your show--I know it will be a treat.

Thank you, Joanne, for letting us know about this broadcast! I just listened to part 1 this afternoon during my break from work, and I'm looking forward to hearing part 2. You are so right about the need to sit down together as a family on a regular basis. My parents did that, and I am so thankful for all of my memories of family meals. Even though my husband and I don't have children, we still make family meals a priority. Early in our marriage, we committed to waiting for each other to get home at night to have our dinner, even if it means eating at 8 or 8:30 p.m. That's our main time to connect since our work schedules keep us apart for most of the day.
